Whatever you produce yourself (including your own words on these forums) are considered works of art.

The second you produce your work of art, automatically a full copyright is on it. The copyright just happens, untouched by human hands.

Everybody must assume that anything they see, anywhere, not just on the WWW (and archive) is under copyright, unless there is a attached notice, downgrading the copyright.

So, with your copyright by default, all you can do for your works of art, is attach a notice, reducing, or eliminating your rights.

The following link leads to a discussion between myself and Gerry, on copyright, and links to more discussions by me, on all the loopholes in copyright becuase of the WWW.

http://www.archive.org/details/AFirstDiscussionOnCopyrightLaws

And I could have put full copyright on the documents, but I chose not to. Clicking on publisher "Time Traveller" on those pages, you will see various other uploads of mine, and the various copyrights I used.
